Observed a heavy accumulation of grease and food splatter on the interior walls near the stove and also grease accumulation on other surfaces such as the coolers used for holding beverages and also food debris on the floor. Discussed with person in charge to clean on a more frequent basis. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris.
