Observed milk with an internal temperature of 57*F and half & half with an internal temperature of 61*F stored inside the fridge. Per person in charge the items were placed in the fridge at the start of the market about three hours prior to inspection. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Person in charge placed the milk products on a time as control policy at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed no handwash sink at time of inspection, and operator was selling coffee and pouring milk in drinks. Discussed with operator that a hand washing sink is require during operation. And sink must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Operator provided during the inspection. Corrective Action: Correct at once.
