Conducted a phone meeting with the operator to discuss the location and hours of operation of the mobile food unit. Per the operator the mobile food unit only worked approximately two months this year; the months of operation were reduced to 2 months. A follow-up email was provided to the operator to establish an inspection, based on availability.
