Operator explained at time of inspection that a garden hose is used to fill the potable water tank. Operator is instructed to provide a food grade hose to fill potable water tank. An approved food grade potable water hose shall be available for the sole purpose of filling the fresh water tank. Observed water tank inlet larger than 1" with no cap. Discussed with operator to provide cap for potable water tank inlet and three-fourths inch in inner diameter or less. The water tank inlet shall be: (1) 9.1 mm (three-fourths inch) in inner diameter or less; and (2) Provided with a hose connection of a size or type that will prevent its use for any other service.
