Inspector's notes

Observed only hand washing sink for employees to be blocked by styrofoam plates, without soap, paper towels and not on and working. When turning the knobs on the only handwashing station present, there wasn't any water available. Per PIC they were out of water and were having a hard time accessing the fresh water tank. Person in charge moved a table and stationary pole that was blocking access to the fresh water tank and filled the tank. After filling tank water was available. Reminded operator/person in charge that handwashing station shall be in working order during all times of operation. All hand washing sinks shall be accessible and stocked with soap, paper towels and 100*F water. Person in charge/operator retrieved the battery and plugged it into the unit. Corrected by plugging in the battery and refilling the tank. Of note: (Commissary is at the same address as the mobile food unit.) Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 2nd Consecutive Violation
