Please ensure refrigerator maintains temperature of 41*F or below. 2) Unable to check temperature of water. Please ensure that hot water is able to maintain temperature 100*F to 110*F. 3) Unable to check plumbing for leaks. Please ensure that plumbing is in good repair. 4) No proof of certified food protection manager certificate available. Please provided proof or complete course prior to next routine inspection.
