Inspection conducted at Mobile Food Office. Inspection report printed and provided at time of inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection.Please correct the following items prior to approval: 1) Freshwater inlet is 2 inches. Please ensure that freshwater inlet is 3/4 inch or smaller. 2) Plumbing at handwashing station has tape around connection to handwashing station and flex PVC pipe as well as flex PVC pipe and wastewater tank. Please remove tape and ensure that all conections are sealed. 3) Observed leak from flex PVC pipe to wastewater tank. Please ensure that all plumbing tight fitting with no leaks. 4) Operator did not have Food protection manager at time of inspection. (Can be completed prior to next routine inspection.)
