Inspection conducted at Mobile Food Office. Inspection conducted with Badge #254. Inspection report printed and provided at time of inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection.Please correct the following items prior to approval of permit:1) Mechanical refrigeration measured temperature of 47.8*F. Discussed with operator that refrigeration needs to maintain temperature of 41*F or below.2) Operator submitted commissary agreement for non-conventional location. Discussed with operator to use location as commissary they would need to obtain City of Chandler letter. Please obtain letter from city or commissary agreement from approved commissary. 3) Certified food protection manager certificate present was expired. Please renew certificate or obtain proof of renewal of certification. Note: Operator had drinks in mason jar in freezer at time of inspection. Asked operator where they had obtained drinks and per operator they were prepped at commissary. Operator did not have food processing permit. Discussed with operator that in order to bottle drinks in mason jar they would need food processing permit at commissary kitchen. Operator stated that they would discontinue selling drinks in mason jar.
