Inspection conducted at Mobile Food Office. Inspection report printed and provided at time of inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection.Please correct the following prior to approval of permit:1) Generator was not working at time of inspection. Could not demonstrate hot water. Please ensure that hot water is 100*F-110*F. 2) Wastewater outlet was 1/2" with no valve observed. Please ensure that wastewater outlet is at least 1" wide with valve. 3) Observed leaking of wastewater from wastewater outlet. Please ensure that mobile unit is not conveying sewage. 4) Observed gap between handwashing station counter and cabinet. Please fill in gap to prevent moisture from seeping in between. 5) Observed various cracks, gaps and exposed wood through out cab of unit. Please seal gaps and exposed wood to ensure no moisture absorbed. 6) Observed rust on back window of unit. Please clean rust. 7) Mobile unit had no name. Please add name of unit in semi-permanent lettering at least 3" high and 3/8" wide in contrasting coloring. 8) Observed exposed wood inside of overhead cabinet.
