Inspector's notes

Multiple cans of whipped cream items-72F in the make line/reach in cooler unit. The PIC was unsure how long the items were in the unit and discarded-see embargo form. Keep TCS foods in cold holding at 41F or below. *The make line/reach in cooler unit had blown and fuse and was recently turned on. All other food items stored in the unit were non-TCS. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Also observed objects placed in the handwashing sink for storage. The handwashing sink shall be maintained so accessible at all times and not used for other purposes than handwashing. Employee removed items from the handwashing sink and moved the wooden table so the handwashing sink can be accessible at all times.
