The name of the establishment shall be plainly indicated on sides and rear of the exteriorof the vehicle in letters of contrasting colors at least three inches high with a minimum of3/8 inch wide. When more than one permit is issued with the same business name to thesame permittee, the vehicle number shall also be plainly indicated with the businessname. Please place business name on two sides and rear of mobile unit.2). Observed leak at wastewater inlet under mobile food unit. 5-402.13, P – Conveying Sewage. 5-402.14 Removing Mobile Food Establishment Wastes• There is backflow of sewage via any drain inside or directly outside of the establishment that cannot be immediately resolved.
