Ensure to use QUAT sanitizer at the proper concentration adhering to manufactures specifications at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

No comissary visit logs onsite or readily available. Please maintain the comissary visit logs onsite or readily available at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 1st consecutive violation MCEHC Chap. 8, Sec. 3, Reg. 5c - Mobile food establishments shall provide a commissary agreement to the Department upon request, at permit issuance or renewal, and as a part of the documents submitted during plan review for a new permit. Ice cream vendors that only sell or dispense individually packaged, commercially processed items are exempt from providing a commissary agreement. Addl Notes: Mobile food unit does have a comissary agreement on file, with approval for the discharge of wastewater. Per owner they are using an approved comissary with the capability of discharging wastewater and obtaining fresh water. Spoke with the owner to request an updated commission agreement. Please provide an approved commissary agreement for the mobile food unit within 10 days. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

This log shall be maintained using a Department approved format and maintained with the establishment at all times.
