Inspector's notes
At start of inspection, sole hand sink was not operational due to fresh water tank having cracked open from sun damage. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F and sufficient pressure, soap and and approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. A new water tank was installed at time of inspection and sink was able to produce warm water at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
