Inspector's notes

A hose for the hand wash station has become disconnected/broken from the freshwater tank reservoir. Operations had already ended for the day and no food service was being conducted. PIC will have the hose repaired/replaced and have the sink functioning tomorrow. Operations will not continue until the hand wash station is functional and able to allow for minimum hand washing procedures (hot water, minimum water pressure, etc). PIC stated they will not be operating until 6/23/25 although repairs should be completed prior to that date. Plumbing and hand wash stations must be maintained in good repair. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
