-- Hand sink not easily accessible due to various items such as cutting board and soda refrigerator blocking the area. Hand sinks and the surrounding areas must remain free and clear at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. At the time of inspection, the PIC demonstrated they were able to wash their hands with soda machine blocking area. Discussed with the PIC removing or relocating soda machine from truck if they cannot keep the area free and easily accessible. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Person in charge stated they pulled containers to prep items for reheating and online orders. Foods should be loosely sealed when cooling.
