Inspector's notes

Portable hand washing station was supplied with cold water at time of inspection, and there was very little water left in the container. Advised PIC to add more water and heat it up as they had a small double burner stove. Warm water was added to the handwashing water container. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Handwashing stations must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing.
