Inspector's notes

Observed operator touching phone with gloves on and grab lemon that was placed into a cup for customer drink without washing hands. Discussed the importance of hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Also discussed using utensil to gram lemon to help when working alone. Operator corrected by washing hands during the inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed ice scope sitting in an igloo with handle touching the ice use for customer drinks. Discussed with operator that in-use utensils must be stored in a clean, dry location; in running water; or in hot water above 135°F. If utensils are stored in food, the handles must be stored above the surface of the food. In-use utensils were properly stored at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
