Observed hand sink blocked with an igloo sitting Infront of the sink and also a bowl sitting in the sink. Discussed with operator that the hand sink must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing, and not block with any object, or use to store any item. Operator corrected by removing items at time of the inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
