Inspector's notes

Observed hand sink run out of water upon attempt to wash hands in addition to no disposable hand towels available for drying. Per PIC, the hand sink requires a generator plugged into next door business. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC plugged in hand sink and provided clean napkins then a second attempt at hand washing was successfully completed. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
