Observed dead American cockroaches next to establishment dryer appliance and along floor underneath dry storage shelving units. Per person in charge (PIC), pest control service was conducted week prior to inspection. Establishment Shall be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures shall be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. PIC to clean up dead American cockroaches and increase monitoring efforts for pests. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
