Observed egg salad sandwiches and turkey sandwiches cold holding at internal temperature of 48 deg F in a crate in the walk in beer cooler that manager informed is only for holding beer and the cooler was holding at a temperature of >41 deg F. Manager informed the sandwiches had been in unit since earlier in am. Manager discarded sandwiches during inspection. All TCS food items held cold must maintain <41 deg F at all times.
