PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-402.13, P: Conveying Sewage >>> Observed hand wash sink outside with a major leak resulting in large amounts of waste water dumping on the ground when in use. Also observed the hand washing sink floor drain in the kitchen backing up with waste water after employee washed hands. Floor sink was not draining/slowly draining and hand sink is unable to be used due to floor sink not allowing for waste to properly drain. Sewage was not actively backing up if hand sink was not in use. Discussed with PIC to have the leak fixed and directed employees to use the three compartment sink to wash hands until the floor sink gets fixed. PIC contacted repair service and maintenance will be arriving by end of day. Reinspection scheduled for 10-4-23. An inability to convey sewage/wash hands at approved hand washing sinks may result in suspension of permit at time of re-inspection. Correct By: Correct Prior To Reinspection
