EHS came out for a citizen complaint response on ALL coolers. A reinspection was conducted along side the complaint response. Upon reinspection, 4-301.11, Pf: Cooling, Heating, and Holding Capacities-Equipment was considered corrected. A permanent solution is in place to store all creamers associated with the retail permit in the working dairy cooler. All signage associated with creamer storage was moved to the dairy cooler at time of inspection. Establishment has adequate refrigeration to continue RETAIL operations safely. Observed the main cold holding walk in measuring 61.2 °F on the min/max thermometer. All Time Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) foods have been stored in alternative refrigeration (ex. dairy walk-in). Establishment to continue storing TCS foods in the dairy walk in until their main walk in is able to maintain at or below 41°F. A reinspection on the walk in cold holding unit will be conducted in 10 days. SECOND CONSECUTIVE. conducted within 10 days.
