Observed the following food items cold holding at internal temperature of 48-49 deg F in a walk in unit that was holding at >41 deg F. Bacon, Sausage,egg salad,turkey,ham,chicken salad sandwiches, turkey breast wraps,tuna,Italian pepperoni sub sandwiches, roast beef, ham and turkey sub sandwiches, yogurt and cheese,hamburgers, sausage and BBQ pork sandwiches and milk assorted varieties. Manager informed these food items had been holding in walk in since the night prior and removed from retail sale. Embargo form was prepared. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
