Observed stacked trays of clean pans stored on a cart uses for baking bread stored directly next to the handwashing sink in the prep area where the ovens are located. No splash guards installed on the handwashing sink. Equipment, Utensils, Linens and Single-Service and Single-Use Articles stored in a clean, dry location; where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and at least 15 cm (6 inches) above the floor. The cart with the baking pans were moved at time of inspection. Discussed installing a splash guard on the handwashing sink. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed leak at mixing valve at the hand wash sink across from the 3 compartment sink in the back prep area. Person in charge put a "do not use sign" on the hand wash sink and created a work order for the leaky faucet at time of inspection.
