Observed sanitizer dispenser at 3 compartment sink that was not dispensing sanitizer due to a broken hose. The person in charge called for service at time of inspection. The person in charge instructed staff to use dispenser from adjacent bakery department. Discussed with the person in charge that the sanitizer dispenser should be maintained in good working order and dispense a quaternary solution that measures 150-400ppm. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
