Establishment was selling clams which were packaged by department, however the shellstock tags were not maintained for product. Clams were pulled from sale by person in charge at time. Please ensure that shellfish items such as clams and oysters have their shellstock identification tags maintained with product until they are all sold, and tags then maintained for an additional 90 days after all product is sold. Observed 2 cases of raw chicken being stored on top of a case of beef/pork sausage in walk-in cooler during inspection. Chicken was moved to a safe location at time.
