Inspector's notes
Observed several floor drains outside of the dairy cooler door with standing turbid water. Alerted manager who immediately placed calls to the facility plumber to come out and service the drains. EHS remained onsite while staff vacuumed the drains and cleared the clog. Discussed the importance of keeping all plumbing in good working order. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
