Small under counter refrigerator with non dairy milk with an ambient internal temperature of 50*F. Inside the condenser unit had frozen over and gasket around door was torn away from door. Cold hold equipment must be able to keep food items at 41*F or lower. Reinspection to be completed on or before Friday Oct. 20, 2023 to verify refrigerator is holding foods at 41*F or lower.
