Inspector's notes
Observed a damaged gasket at the bottom left door of the reach-in refrigerator behind the serving line. Discussed with person in charge to have the gasket on the door repaired. The person in charge put in a work order to have the gasket replaced. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
