Observed sausage, pepperoni, cubed pineapple, bell peppers, olives, jalapenos measuring at an internal temperature of 49-50°F. Discussed with PIC that cold holding temperatures should be at 41 degrees or below and the cold holding unit was not properly keeping temperature. All TCS foods improperly cold held were discarded by PIC at time of inspection. PIC will be using walk in until small cold holding unit is fixed. PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-501.16(A)(2) and (B) - Priority: Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Cold Holding.
