Reviewed approved storage with the PIC: equipment, utensils, linens, single-service and single-use articles must be stored in a clean, dry location at least 15 cm (6 inches) above the floor; where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination. Requested the items be moved to a non-plumbing cabinet at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
