Discussed with management ensuring employees are storing food in packages, covered containers, or wrapping when stepping away to reduce contamination risks. No visible contamination observed. At the time of inspection, an employee stored the tortillas in a food grade bag. Ensure training is conducted for employees responsible for packaging tortillas. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
