Observed chicken corn dogs, blocks of American cheese, cooked chicken breast filets, breakfast croissants with egg, beef hot dog, spicy hot dogs, and pork rib patties in 2-door cold holding unit by manager office cold holding at 46*F. Person in charge (PIC) voluntarily discarded items. Discussed with person in charge that cold time/temperature control for safety foods must be held at 41*F or below. Observed 2-door cold holding unit by manager's office at 46*F at start of inspection and increase to 52*F at end of inspection. Food inside unit were measured with an internal temperature of 46*F. Discussed with person in charge that temperature of unit must be 41*F and below. Person in charge emptied unit and posted sign "out of order." Reinspection to occur on or before 9/22/23.
