Core-6-501.112, C: Removing Dead or Trapped Birds, Insects, Rodents and other Pest >>> Observed 3 traps located within the kitchen, near the coffee machine, behind tubs of spices, and on the floor with dead roaches still on the traps. PIC stated that he was unaware of any need to remove traps once they had successfully eliminated pests in the area. Discussed the need to remove full traps to avoid further attraction of insects/pests. All permitted food establishments must maintain premises free of insects and pests. Instructed PIC to have establishment serviced by a certified pest applicator. Correct By: Correct Prior To Next Routine Inspection
