I arrived at the establishment and spoke to the manager. Then I spoke to the owner's daughter by phone, then to the owner when he arrived. I gave them the permit invoice. They stated that they will pay it today or tomorrow. The owner stated that he is the property owner and is renting the front kitchen to the bakery people (La Casa del Pan). They were not present. He understands that they cannot apply for a permit until his permit fee is paid in full.
