Trailer being utilized as a freezer for burritos and ice cream at time of inspection. Per person in charge the unit is a replacement unit for a refrigerated trailer that was not operating continuously due to repairs. Unit was replaced with current unit less than six months prior to inspection. If refrigerated trailer is to be utilized as a long term or permanent fixture for the establishments operating, a remodel application must be completed. 1.
