Walk-in cooler measured an ambient air temperature of 60'F. Per person in charge cooler has been out of order for several weeks and cooler is not currently being used to hold TCS foods. A 10-reinspection will be conducted to ensure that cooler is properly working and able to hold TCS foods at 41'F or lower. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
