Observed no chlorine test strips available at time of inspection. Discussed importance of having chlorine test strips to determine concentration of sanitizer levels. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Provide sanitizer test strips prior to re-inspection. A reinspection will occur on 6/26/2026, to verify the correction. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

Observed several foods in refrigerator (chicken stir fry (70*F), sour cream, milk, cheese, etc. (43-44*F) tightly sealed, mixed on shelving with other previously cold food items, cooling in refrigerator. Ambient temperature of unit using min/max was holding at 33.6*F. Refrigerator was completely full, not allowing proper circulation to foods in unit. Person in charge stated foods were placed in unit within 2 hours prior to inspection and will removed seals, and rearranged food items to allow proper airflow.
