Inspector's notes

There was a garden hose connected to a spigot extending into the mopsink, with no vacuum breaker. The manager then removed the hose. Remove the hose after each use, until a vacuum-breaker is installed. The manager was then shown an example of a vacuum breaker, and stated that they would purchase one tomorrow. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 5-205.15 (B) - Core: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained Addl Notes: The cold water faucet of the mopsink is broken off. The spout is broken off and dangling. The hot water faucet works.The mopsink faucet must be replaced. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
