Observed employee washing utensil with pizza sauce on it inside a hand sink. Manager had them change to wash at the 3 compartment sink. Ensure that the hand sink is open and accessible to only handwashing tasks. Talked to manager about that policy. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
