Observed slimy organic matter accumulating on the deflector panel on the inside of the ice maker. Panel should be cleaned as frequently as necessary to prevent any organic matter accumulation. Please have panel cleaned more frequently. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed 0 ppm quat at the 3 compartment sink. Manager saw that the concentrated bucket was empty. Manager replaced bucket, and now dispensing at 200 ppm quat. Ensure that sanitizer is set at 150-200 ppm quat at all times of use. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
