At time of inspection observed the dishwasher recently in use with 0 ppm of chlorine. A fresh cycle was run and it was still at 0 ppm of chlorine. Dishwasher must be kept at 50-200 ppm of chlorine as stated on the bottle. Dishwasher was primed and retested at 100 ppm of chlorine. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed garlic butter and a garlic parmesan spread, both containing dairy and labeled keep refrigerated, stored at room temperature (78*F). Garlic butter had been out for approximately 5 hours and was embargoed. Garlic parmesan spread had been out for 2 hours and was placed back in the cooler to cool. All TCS foods in cold holding must remain at 41*F. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
