Observed the gasket to the deli walk-in to be broken. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) to replace gasket seal. Also observed the sealant that adheres sinks/fixed tables to the walls throughout the facility to be in disrepair, missing or with brown/black organic matter at time of inspection. All 3 compartment sinks, hand wash sinks/splash guards and all fixed equipment must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Physical facility must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection.
