Observed lint and other debris accumulating on the front of the fans and on the actual units as well inside of the meat cooler. Discussed with person in charge to clean walk-in cooler fans more frequently. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
