Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Hose connected directly to faucet at mop sink with no back flow prevention device or air gap. Manager had hose disconnected to restore air gap. Discussed adding a back flow prevention valve, such as an atmospheric vacuum breaker, to the faucet if a hose is connected to the faucet.

A work order ticket was already submitted prior to inspection. The person in charge (PIC) was able to clear the drain at time of inspection with a plunger. PIC is still keeping work order open to ensure the drain is looked at and will continue to drain.
