Employee stated it was still connected from the previous day. Manager had hose disconnected to restore air gap. Discussed adding a back flow prevention valve, such as an atmospheric vacuum breaker, to the faucet if a hose is connected to the faucet.

A work order ticket was already submitted prior to inspection. The person in charge (PIC) was able to clear the drain at time of inspection with a plunger. PIC is still keeping work order open to ensure the drain is looked at and will continue to drain.
