Observed empty shrimp bags in the handwashing sink next to the prep sink. Person in charge removed bags and put them in the trash. Explained to person in charge that the handwashing sink shall only be used for washing hands and nothing shall be in the sink. Corrected at time of inspection. Observed hand sink in meat cutting room with rags and gloves in hand sink. Discussed with PIC that hand sinks must remain unblocked, cannot be used for storage, and can only be used for handwashing. Observed hand washing sink in meat cutting station with no hand drying provisions. Discussed with PIC that hand washings sinks need to have hand drying provisions at all times to wash hands properly.
