Observed 3 deli slicers in use at time of inspection with no indication of last cleaning cycle. current time 4pm. One deli employee came in at 1pm and other at 3pm. Neither employee knew when the slicer was last disassembled and cleaned. Slicers disassembled and washed, rinsed, and sanitized at time of inspection.
