Observed build ups of ice in various walk-in freezers alongside walls, ceilings and on the compressor unit. Observed gasket to the walk-in refrigerator and freezer doors falling apart. Physical facility must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection.
