Core-4-501.11, C: Good Repair and Proper Adjustment-Equipment Observed pool of water accumulating around the ice machine in the back of the establishment. When asked, PIC stated that a work order was placed for the repair of the leaking unit. Also observed orange matter accumulating on drip pan of ice machine. Employee removed the pan, cleaned and sanitized it during time of inspection. Ensure a more regular cleaning schedule is followed to maintain the facility as well as equipment.
